1. Who these guidelines cover
YoAmigo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Ciciliostudio LLC, lets you and your team communicate inside each project. These Community Guidelines govern any content you create, send, or share through YoAmigo, including project chat. They form part of our Terms of Service. By using YoAmigo you agree to follow them.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on YoAmigo. You may not create, send, or share content that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person
- Promotes hatred or violence against people based on who they are
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
- Depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or harm to others
- Is spam, a scam, or otherwise deceptive
- Infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy
- Is otherwise unlawful or violates the rights of others
3. No abusive users
We do not allow abusive behavior toward other people on YoAmigo. Anyone who harasses, threatens, or targets others may have their content removed and their access suspended or terminated.
4. Reporting content
You can report a message at any time. In the app, hold a message and choose Report, then pick a reason. You can also email us at support@yoamigo.com. We review every report and act on content that violates these guidelines, typically within 24 hours.
5. Blocking someone
If someone is bothering you, you can block them. In a project chat, hold one of their messages and choose Block user, or open the chat settings and block them from the member list. Once blocked, you no longer see their messages.
6. How we enforce these guidelines
When content is reported, we review it and may remove it, warn the person responsible, or suspend or terminate access, depending on the severity. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
